Do Not Sell
Do Not Sell or Share My Info

If you live in California (CCPA/CPRA), or in another US state with a comprehensive privacy law, you can require that your personal information not be sold or shared for cross-context behavioural advertising. This page sets out how to exercise that right with Artwalksoul.
What Triggers This Right
We should be clear about scope. Your personal information is not sold for money. Where advertising is served, though, identifiers may be shared with advertising partners, and because these laws define ‘sale’ and ‘sharing’ expansively, that sharing may fall within them. The opt-out is offered on that basis.
You do not have to be a subscriber for this to apply — it covers anyone reading what we publish on artwalksoul.com.
What Follows
What changes is that your data stops feeding ad personalisation. What does not change is your access to artwalksoul.com — every article stays available, and the site behaves identically. Ads may continue, untargeted.
Opting Out
Three ways. Turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser — we honour it automatically, and nothing further is required. Or use the consent banner, where presented, to refuse advertising cookies. Or write to hello@artwalksoul.com with the subject ‘Do Not Sell or Share’. You do not need an account with us to do any of this.
Full detail on state privacy rights, including access and deletion, is in our State Privacy Notice.
